Waiting Time & Overtime
- Complimentary 15 minutes waiting time for One Way City Transfer.
- After complimentary waiting time, additional charge:
- 15 mins delay = SGD 20
- Overtime Charges are payable directly to the driver on the day of the service.
Passenger & Luggage Policy
- Luggage capacity is based on standard luggage size (53 × 35 × 23 cm).
- Oversized luggage (e.g., strollers, golf bags, surfboards) may reduce total capacity.
- If a tour guide is added, passenger capacity decreases by one seat.
- Please inform us in advance if bringing oversized items to ensure the correct vehicle is allocated.
